The automatic adhesion meter measures the adhesion strength of coatings on metals, wood, concrete, and other massive substrates, and offers you a new electronically controlled hydraulic pump. The high-quality hydraulic pump of the automatic adhesion meter can be used in any position. The automatic adhesion meter is calibrated and certified with an accuracy of ±1%, using a load cell with NIST traceability. The automatically adjusting Dolly head allows you to take precise measurements on flat and uneven surfaces. Rechargeable batteries allow for more than 200 tests on a single charge. It is possible to work with the equipment while charging the batteries via the mains component. A significant advantage is the internal memory of values, which is very useful, for example, in production or checking production development. Adhesion force measurement values can be transferred to a PC or laptop using the optional software. Measurement values can be exported to MS Excel. By default, the automatic adhesion meter is shipped with aluminum heads (Ø 20 mm). Optionally, you can request heads of a different size.

The digital display of the automatic adhesion meter provides, in addition to measurement data (in Pa or PSI), additional information about the battery status, the measurement mode it is in, memory mode (On / Off), and the pulling speed.

The measuring bodies contain measurement heads suspended variably with a flat surface (aluminum). These heads adapt very well to the corresponding structure (lacquered, rubber, laminated, plastic coatings, composites of all kinds). We include 20 mm diameter heads in the shipment. Optionally, you can request heads with other diameters that can be easily changed.

The attachment of components - protective masses on containers can be checked very easily, such as the adhesion force of coatings on metals or pavement on concrete. The device is mainly used to check the material of fiber plates with multiple layers or wood materials or to measure the adhesion of pavement on concrete.
