Manual (teaching mode): ignition and end of measurement will be done by the operator; the temperature increase will be indicated on the screen every minute.

All calculations must be done manually.

Upon ignition, three other modes and the calculation of the gross calorific value will be done automatically.

The higher heating value will be displayed on the screen. Corrections and calculations of the net calorific value for acids must be done manually.

The modes have different measurement times:

Isoperibolic: approx: 17 min.

Dynamic: approx. 8 min

Manual: aprox. 17 min
