The PCE-TCD 100 color meter allows color measurements according to the color area standard. This easy-to-use color meter determines the difference in Lab value between two color measurements. The CIELab color meter PCE-TCD 100 uses, in addition to Lab color values, also LCH values. After each color measurement, it calculates the values through an operation. The color difference measurement can be performed on any smooth and flat surface. The color difference measurement is needed whenever different material samples are compared to each other. It is ideal for use in material incoming control or in the paint manufacturing process in varnishing workshops. In the CIELab color meter, color analysis is performed very easily, simply by pressing a button, and the user can view all color information on the screen. The meter allows you to easily switch the measurement method between color difference values and absolute LAB color values. Color measurement is performed through a silicon diode. The light source is a low-power LED. The CIELab PCE-TCD color meter has an acoustic signal to alert that the battery status is low, and therefore does not guarantee an accurate measurement.
