EIn our online store, you will find the combustion gas analyzer for professionals for daily use in the company, to practically know and control a combustion. The application of this combustion analyzer is based on taking a sample of the gases that pass through the chimney or flue, taken by suction through a hole made in it and obtaining the concentration of its components through an electronic analyzer with electrochemical sensors with which this combustion analyzer is equipped. In addition, this combustion analyzer is equipped with a thermocouple probe for measuring the temperature of the gases, and with a program in its memory that, based on the analysis of the gases, their temperature, and the ambient temperature, displays the combustion efficiency on the screen. For this, this combustion analyzer has a suction duct (created by a micro pump with which it is equipped) for taking the gas sample, and a calculation program in its internal memory with the composition of the most common fuels, so the results are immediate once the appropriate fuel is selected. The screen that comes with this combustion analyzer, and even its printer, will provide the following results (function of each commercial product): - CO2: % by volume; - O2: % by volume; - CO: parts per million, ppm. (e.g. 2,000 ppm = 0.2%); - Excess air: %; - Combustion efficiency: %. The combustion gas analyzer complies with all European and international standards. Optionally, the combustion gas analyzer can be calibrated and certified. Likewise, annual recalibration and maintenance can be carried out.
