The FLUKE 424D distance meter extends its measurement range up to 100 meters and has features that will save you time and money in a wide variety of situations. This distance meter has a larger 4-line display, an integrated compass, and a 180° tilt sensor for leveling and height tracking. The operation is simple, it works with a single button for quick measurements of the distance between two objects. The bright laser of the distance meter easily determines the target. The extensive features of this distance meter include a tilt sensor for hard-to-reach areas, as well as an angle calculation function in corners and a compass. The compass indicates the direction for measuring distances. When measuring in a corner or edge, the integrated sensor detects the position of the support and automatically changes the reference point. The advanced Pythagorean function determines the distance indirectly from three other measurements. The distance meter is powered by two AAA batteries for up to 5,000 measurements, with an automatic shut-off function. The distance meter has an IP54 protection type, resistant to dust and water splashes.
