Details

The Taq DNA Polymerase in MasterMix format is a ready-to-use 1.1X or 2X reaction mix. To carry out primer elongation and other molecular biology applications, simply add the primers, sample, and water.

The red Taq DNA polymerase is a mixture of Taq DNA polymerase with an inert red dye. The dye allows for visual recognition of the reactions to which an enzyme has been added, as well as confirmation of the complete mix. The red Taq DNA polymerase can be loaded directly into an agarose gel without adding loading buffers for electrophoresis.
