The MicroDust Pro CEL-712 dust monitor measures the concentration of particles and microparticles such as dust, smoke, pollen, and other aerosols found in the air. This dust monitor has been developed to accurately detect the degree of air pollution. Pollution is primarily generated by combustion, material processes, manufacturing, energy production, vehicle emissions, and in the construction industry. With the help of the dust monitor, you can measure the precise concentration of contaminating particles in the air. These dispersed particles are responsible for reduced visibility, the spread of pollutants, inhalation of toxic substances, and therefore reduced work effectiveness. It has long been known that particles can be one of the causative agents of diseases such as asthma, bronchitis, skin diseases, and respiratory diseases. Traditional gravitational methods of particle measurement require a considerable testing period and are not always suitable for assessing real-time concentration trends. Therefore, this dust monitor is ideal and portable for real-time assessment of dispersion particle concentrations. Accurate and reproducible particle concentration measurements are achieved using proven progressive light scattering techniques. This dust monitor allows for graphical presentation and assessment of concentration trends, internal recording of measurement values, and transmission to a PC or laptop whenever desired. Simple interfaces and digital calibration methods are available for any particle observation scenario. The ability to store measurement values and transmit and assess data makes the dust monitor an ideal tool for professionals and experts. The color display of the dust monitor has a particularly high resolution and can show both text and graphical information. It displays configuration details, pollution levels, logging information, and battery status.

Software

The Casella Insight data logging software supports the logging functions of the dust monitor. It has been specially designed to facilitate instrument setup processes, data querying, and presentation. Another advantage of the Casella Insight data logging software is that it automatically recognizes if used with a Spanish-speaking computer system.

Pantalla

The MicroDust pro CEL-712 dust monitor features a color display. It can represent measurement results as real-time graphs (with freely scalable time axis) or numerical values as pure numerical values.

They can also be presented as "Time Weighted Average" (TWA) and as the maximum value of particle concentration. The previous settings and the measurement values stored in the dust monitor can be cleared at any time using the "Reset" key. It is sufficient to press the key once.
