Precision flow meter with connection port, memory, and software for measurement

of air speed, temperature, and volumetric flow rate

The flow meter, apart from its particular design, is very economical. With this flow meter, you can measure the speed and temperature of the air. Once the cross-sectional area is indicated, this flow meter also directly shows the volumetric flow rate of the air. The measured values can be directly saved in the device and later transmitted to a computer for evaluation (the shipment includes software in English and a data cable). This way, you can perform measurement series with the flow meter directly on-site and more calmly finalize the analysis of the measured air values in your office. This saves time by avoiding the need to take tedious notes of the values as well as possible errors in transmitting the data. The external vane wheel (connected to a 1.5 m cable) increases mobility and flexibility in accurately measuring air speed. These flow meters are part of the basic equipment of an aeration systems technician to carry out the adjustment and control of ventilation installations. The battery life reaches approximately 50 hours in the case of batteries with a current intensity of 300 mA/h. If you want to perform long-duration timing with the flow meter lasting more than two days, you will need to use battery packs or a power supply.

Do not forget: if the memory is full, the recorded values up to that moment are retained, but if the battery runs out before completing the measurement series, the data will be lost.

The measured values can also be transmitted to all common spreadsheet programs such as e.g. MS Excel.
