Food thermometer PCE-IR 100

Thermometer for non-contact measurement of food or for contact detection of internal temperature (with foldable penetration sensor) / the thermometer complies with HACCP regulations.

The thermometer combines speed, comfortable handling, and precision when measuring temperature. The PCE-IR 100 thermometer allows for quick and accurate control of surface temperature without the risk of contamination and offers the additional possibility of determining the internal temperature of food. The thermometer provides a quick and easy first glance at the temperature, whether non-contact and therefore without risks to the examined products or with contact through a foldable insertion sensor that can be introduced into the core. Thus, this thermometer offers both food handlers and service professionals and food inspectors a simple and effective method to determine if the corresponding food temperature is within HACCP ranges. The assessment is made easier through the signaling of "safe" and "unsafe" temperature ranges with the help of colored LEDs at the bottom of the display. This is HACCP made visible. The PCE-IR 100 thermometer is an ideal complement to existing thermometers.
