The hygiene tester measures the concentration of particles such as dust, soot, pollen, and other aerosols found in the air. The hygiene tester has been developed to accurately detect the degree of air pollution. Pollution is mainly generated by combustion, material processes, manufacturing, energy production, vehicle emissions, and in the construction industry. With the help of this hygiene tester, you can measure the precise amount of contaminating particles in the air. High levels of atmospheric pollution are found especially in cities and the industrial sector. The degree of air pollution with harmful particles, e.g., soot, emitted mainly by industry and vehicles with diesel engines without a special filter, is becoming increasingly important. These dispersal particles are responsible, among other things, for reduced visibility, inhalation of poisonous substances, and therefore reduced work effectiveness. It has long been known that particles can be one of the causative agents of diseases such as asthma, bronchitis, skin diseases, and respiratory diseases.

The hygiene tester has been developed for easy and quick use. It is advisable to familiarize yourself with the instrument and the different atmospheric conditions. It is normal for counts to show greater fluctuations. This depends, for example, on daily changes in atmospheric conditions.

Note the trends in particle concentration over extended periods, rather than just the differences in consecutive measurements. The hygiene tester operates in different modes (single measurement, ISO <C4, continuous, remote, etc.) and displays the result on the screen until the device is turned off. The hygiene tester is very suitable for the rapid detection of air contamination levels and is a cost-effective alternative to other measurement methods and much more expensive devices.
