The PCE-TU 3 laser shaft aligner is designed for aligning shafts in installations and machines. This shaft aligner checks the shafts in machines and installations and optimizes them. Through the PCE-TU 3 shaft aligner, the relative position between two coupled machines, such as a motor and a pump, can be adjusted until the shaft line is aligned in a common operation. The measurement process with the PCE-TU 3 shaft aligner is based on two laser probes that measure vertical and horizontal displacement and angular deviation. Other parameters, such as thermal expansion and tolerance, can also be included in the measurement process of the PCE-TU 3 shaft aligner. Spacer discs can also be simulated through the shaft aligner. Other functions include soft foot measurement, cardan shaft mode, and the flatness of a surface. After measuring these parameters, the measurement data is displayed on the large screen of the shaft aligner before being saved to the 2 GB memory card. This data can be easily sent via USB or Bluetooth to a computer, where it can then be processed, analyzed, and archived. Compatible analysis software is included in the shipment.
