The PCE-LDC 10 leak detector is used in various fields of industry. It is used, for example, in compressed air systems, gas, steam, and vacuum systems, as well as in refrigeration systems and seals in doors. The soundproof earphone of the leak detector allows you to work in noisy environments. The leak detector is used in all fields where gas leaks can occur in pipes. The noises produced by leaks are often perceptible in the ultrasonic range, so the human ear does not perceive them.

The leak detector perceives ultrasound and converts it into an audible frequency. The built-in laser pointer in the leak detector allows for precise aiming at the leak. The cone of the leak detector is designed to collect sound waves and concentrate them in such a way that it acts like a directional microphone, suppressing other noises.
