Image of the connections of the luxmeter HD 2102.2
The HD2102.2 lux meter is a portable instrument with a large LCD display, measuring illumination, luminance, PAR, and irradiation (in the VIS-NIR, UVA, UVB, and UVC spectrum areas or in effective irradiation measurement according to the UV action curve). The probes have an automatic recognition module SICRAM: in addition to recognition, the unit of measurement selection is also automatic. Calibration data from the company is stored inside. The instruments calculate, in addition to the instantaneous measurement, the integral over time of the acquired measurements Q(t), and thresholds that can be configured within the menu can be associated with the integrated measurement or the integration time, after which the instrument calculates the integral. The HD2102.2 is a data logger, storing up to 38,000 samples that can be transferred to a computer connected to the instrument via the standard RS232C serial port and USB 2.0. From the menu, the memory interval, printing, and baud rate can be configured. The HD2102.2 model has an RS232C serial port and can transfer, in real-time, the measurements acquired by a computer and a portable printer. The Max., Min., and Avg. function calculates the maximum, minimum, and average values. Other functions include: relative measurement REL, HOLD function, and an optional automatic shutdown. The instruments have an IP67 protection rating.
