The MAVO-SPOT 2 USB luxmeter is a precision meter that meets high demands in professional usage areas. This luxmeter allows measurements with an angle of only 1º from a distance of 1 m to infinity. Through optional telephoto lenses, the minimum distance can be reduced to 34 cm. Contact measurement is also possible with a high-quality photometric head, which is also an additional component. In luminous density measurement, ambient light is taken into account. These measurements work thanks to a reflex optics with a field of view of 15º. In the center, the 1º measurement circuit is well marked, and a focusing device makes it possible to focus the object's image sharply. The integrated light sensor is adapted to the spectral sensitivity of the human eye, thanks to color correction. To retrieve measurement values for documentation or analysis, this luxmeter contains an internal memory that records up to 1000 measurement values. The MAVO-SPOT 2 USB complies with DIN 5032-7 class B and EN 13032-1, appendix B. Areas of use include luminous density measurements on display screens for computerized tomography, measurements in road, tunnel, or airport lighting, reflections at the workplace, or lighting analysis in museums and public buildings.
