The speed is adjustable from 30 to 1400 rpm with an accuracy of ± 1% for gentle mixing. Fast heating times and chemical resistance of the upper plates are no longer a competitive advantage. The aluminum upper plates allow for immediate heat transfer for fast heating times, and a fine ceramic coating makes the upper plates resistant to chemicals and scratching.
