Meat pH Meter PCE-228M

Handheld meter for measuring pH and temperature / SD memory card (1 ... 16 GB), stored data is saved in an Excel file / large display / with RS-232 interface and optional software for PC / in foods such as sausage, meat, cheese, etc.

The PCE-228 M pH meter is a very easy-to-use handheld device for the food sector. The pH values and temperature taken by the pH meter can be read on the large LCD screen or stored directly on the SD card (Excel format). Another option is to transfer data in real-time to a PC or laptop via the RS-232 interface as an additional component. Temperature compensation is performed manually or automatically using a noble steel temperature sensor included in the shipment. All this provides highly reliable pH measurement in foods such as meat, sausage, cheese, etc.

The pH meter has a three-point calibration that is performed manually. This pH meter PCE-228 M is battery-powered (the shipment includes 6 batteries of 1.5 V). The pH meter PCE-228 M is very useful for sporadic pH measurements in the laboratory.
