    Hearthplate Moldatherm supports the load and protects the chamber from spills or mishandling.
    High-volume air fans move between the inner and outer chamber to reduce outer shell temperatures and improve

    Molybdenum disilicide elements with a unique right-angle curve and the mounting reduce the maintenance of the side wall generally associated with the termination and mounting element
    Designed for easy replacement without play resistance values
    Fast heating and recovery with excellent uniformity and energy efficiency
    Increased resistance to thermal shock, ideal for rapid cycles over extended periods
    1700 °C Controller, programmable, with Communications
    Provide multiple programs and multiple ramp segments (up and down) and hold (timed) temperature control
    Visual displays ramp rate, dwell time, program segment, and percentage power out of sale
    Hold function allows the operator to set a "process vs setpoint" temperature value that, when exceeded, allows the program to let the process catch up
    Includes a selectable self-adjusting feature that sets the best PID configuration for the thermal process
    LED display indicates the actual temperature (high over-temperature limit protection is standard)
    Control console includes a circuit switch, power module, transformers, and fans
    Controllers include RS485 data port (communication card and port) for connection to remote equipment, allowing modification, querying, and data transfer of all instrument control and configuration parameters. Up to 30 units can be connected to a PC. Software is not included but is available as an option.
