The EBI 40 multichannel thermometer is mainly used in places where very high temperatures are worked with. For example, the multichannel thermometer is used in baking oven belts and ovens in bakeries; but it is also necessary to measure very high temperatures in product development and many other process control sectors. This is possible through a thermal box (TIB 40) that offers maximum insulation and thus protects the multichannel thermometer. The lightweight and very compact multichannel thermometer measures temperature in a range of 0 to +1200 ºC. It does this with an accuracy of ±0.5 °C. The EBI 40 model series includes two versions: one with 6 and another with 12 temperature channels for type K thermocouple sensors. Each channel can store up to 20,000 values. One of the most notable features of the EBI 40 is its very fast measurement of up to 100 ms (0.1 s) per channel (up to 12 channels). This means 12 measurements in 0.1 s. It allows for the detection of rapid temperature changes and immediate reaction. During the measurement process, all current values can be read on the 3.5" color TFT display (320 x 240 pixels). In addition, it allows for the transmission of temperature data to a computer via a USB stick or USB cable for analysis using Winlog software. This software allows for simultaneous configuration and programming of the EBI 40. You can power the device via USB or with batteries (AA), which the user can replace. The battery life is max. 100 hours. To maintain low power consumption, the EBI 40 has an automatic screen shut-off.
