A standard cover provides additional protection against spills and minimizes damage to the display and keyboard. Three user-selectable environmental settings help the balance adapt to hostile environments and other disturbances for greater weighing accuracy. A comprehensive safety support prevents unauthorized movement or theft. An RS-232 interface allows connection to a printer or PC for recording the scale's identification, user, project ID, and time and date.
