Hanna's waterproof pHep®5 tester is an advanced pH meter that has many features found in more expensive portable and benchtop meters. This meter measures ergonomically from -2.00 to 16.00 pH with an accuracy of ± 0.05 pH. pHep®5 features automatic one or two-point calibration with known buffer, automatic temperature compensation. The large multi-level LCD screen displays pH and temperature readings simultaneously, while a stability indicator is displayed to alert the user when a stable reading has been obtained. The pHep®5 tester also features a replaceable pH probe that has a unique extensible fabric junction to clean any blockage that occurs.

The pHep®5 is a waterproof pH meter with a resolution of 0.01 pH and an accuracy of ± 0.05 pH. It has many advanced features found in more expensive portable instrumentation. One or two-point calibration is automatic to two selectable sets of standards (4.01, 7.01 and 10.01 or 4.01, 6.86 and 9.18). The pHep®4 also features a replaceable electrode with a stainless steel round connector. This cartridge design has no pins to align or that can break. The replacement pH electrode HI73127 also features a removable cloth junction. The removable cloth junction of the HI73127 allows for renewal of the junction. Simply pull out ⅛" of the junction by pulling on the junction to expose a new portion. Any obstruction that was present will be cleared and the response time will return to normal, extending the life of the pH electrode.
