Pto determine the sugar content, water, and baumé of honey

With the beekeeping refractometer, you can accurately determine the sugar and water content of honey. The refractometer has a triple scale that offers all parameters at once. Honey is a sweet substance produced by bees taking nectar and other sugar-containing liquids found in plants, which they enrich and transform with substances contained in their bodies. These transformed substances are stored in hives for maturation. Honey can be found in liquid, pasty, or crystallized form. During honey control, the sugar content is determined with the refractometer. 

The refractometer must be checked at least once a year before the season begins. A reference solution must be used for this check.
