Description
 
This universal converter is for all types of pulse sensors. It converts frequency into a proportional signal in the form of current or voltage. The universal converter optionally supports network AC voltage via an external optocoupler module. The type of sensor is easily configured using microswitches. It supports a wide frequency range, from low 20 Hz to high 60 KHz, configured intuitively from the front, aided by an LED and protected by a hinged cover. It incorporates a selectable filter very useful for stabilizing low-frequency signals. It has dual power supply: AC (100 ... 250 VAC - DC) with automatic selection, and DC (20 ... 30 VDC) with wide margins. The connection is made via coded plug terminals, facilitating quick module exchange without the need to rewire, and protecting against mistakes. It is protected in compliance with EMC standards for industrial applications.

Today, the Ro-Tap is available in 6 models. The RX-29 for 8" test sieves, RX-30 for 12" test sieves, RX-94 Duo Shaker for two 8" test sieves, RX-29 E (Electronic) for 8" sieves, RX-30 E for 12" sieves, and RX-812 sieve shaker.
Metric equivalents: 8" diameter = 200mm diameter and 12" diameter = 300mm.
 
The Ro-Tap Test Sieve Shaker series is available in 110v or 220v power options. Ro-Tap E units are CE approved. All test sieve shakers come with an operations manual, including unit diagrams presenting parts schematics. The units are well-built, durable, and require little, if any, maintenance.
