Acoustic dosimeter with memory of values, data cable, and software

The PCE-355 acoustic dosimeter is used, for example, to measure acoustic dose in the workplace or in the industrial sector. The compact acoustic dosimeter impresses with its external microphone that attaches to the neck with a clip, its data memory with internal data logger, and its transferable software. The acoustic dosimeter can be connected to a PC for programming via the data cable. Both the quota and measurement duration as well as the measurement time can be set, after which the acoustic dosimeter can be carried in the jacket pocket and, for example, can measure and store the acoustic dose values occurring during a workday (8 h). When the measurement phase is completed, the device can be connected back to a PC so that, through the software in English, the data can be transferred and evaluated (the values can also be transferred to other calculation programs such as MS Excel). It is not necessary to be an expert, as the acoustic dosimeter is easy to handle and program.
