universal PID temperature controller for process signals / relay output switch / manual control mode / soft start function
The PCE-RE22 two-point temperature controller is a compact PID controller for use in many applications. The input signal processed by the PCE-RE22 two-point temperature controller is, depending on the model, resistance sensors and thermoelements or process signals 0/4-20 mA and 0-5/10 V. To optimize regulation, different operating modes can be selected. You can choose from simple "On/Off" regulation with hysteresis adjustment to PID regulation; the two-point temperature controller offers many possibilities. Additionally, you can activate the soft start function, which facilitates a slow increase in power, while manual operation allows you to manually regulate the process. The display shows the measurement value through a 4-digit LED display. The two-point temperature controller is operated via the three keys on the front. The IP 65 protection type (only front part) allows the use of this equipment in adverse industrial environments.
