Temperature regulator with two regulation fields, two analog inputs, memory for 15 programs / optional RS-485 interface, additional analog input and continuous regulation output
The PCE-RE19 temperature controller is designed to perform complex regulation tasks. The two universal analog inputs of the temperature controller process the most common signals and allow for free scaling. Additionally, the temperature controller can mathematically link them and can be provided with a digital filter. Furthermore, there are two digital inputs through which PLC controllers can influence the temperature controller. The four available outputs of the temperature controller can be used to assign different tasks. In addition to the regulation functions, the temperature controller can execute alarm functions. The internal memory of the temperature controller can store 15 programs with 15 segments each. Additionally, the temperature controller can memorize various parameters and setpoint values. The display of setpoint and actual values is shown on the 5-digit screen of the temperature controller. The temperature controller also features a two-digit alphanumeric LCD display, through which other parameters of the regulation process can be visualized, while the user can quickly assess the situation thanks to 4 LEDs and 6 illuminated icons. With the help of the LCD screen and the four keys, the temperature controller can be quickly configured for the task at hand. Working with this temperature controller is very simple thanks to the text display and understandable menu. Thanks to the two regulating circuits, it is possible to perform an increase or decrease regulation of a magnitude (e.g., heating or cooling), or simply perform regulation between two magnitudes.
