The PCE-RE82 temperature controller is used for temperature regulation and other physical magnitudes: pressure, humidity, filling level. The analog input of this PCE-RE82 temperature controller can process different signals and can be freely scaled. The temperature controller can be operated with the SPS control that activates the digital inputs. The temperature controller offers four outputs that can perform different tasks depending on the application. In addition to the regulation function, they can also be used as output signals or alarm outputs. Thanks to two internal control loops with their own regulation parameters, three-point regulation is also possible. The setpoint of the temperature controller can be controlled by three sources. In addition to a fixed setpoint defined by the user, it can also be controlled via an additional optional analog input. As a third option, you can preset in the internal memory of the temperature controller 15 programs with 15 segments each, which control the reference value. Four different sets of parameters for PID regulation can be defined. They will be used for user regulation or based on the setpoint value. In program mode, each segment can be assigned to a set of parameters. The unit has four keys on the front for parameterizing the temperature controller. The measurement values and other parameters are displayed on two 4-digit 7-segment screens. These screens also have additional two-color bar graphs that show different magnitudes of the regulation process.
