The PCE-RE92 temperature controller is a professional two-channel device for industrial applications. The temperature controller can independently control two regulation objects or regulate two physical dimensions in one object (e.g., in two-chamber ovens). Thanks to the universal measurement inputs, it can be used for temperature regulation and other physical values (e.g., pressure, humidity). The user can regulate as PID, three-point regulation (heat and cold), or three-point step regulation. The industrial controller PCE-RE92 features the PID Smart function. This function allows for optimal determination of the PID parameters. Along with the 'normal' regulation of processes, the PCE-RE92 controller can perform sum and difference regulation. Additionally, the controller integrates a program regulation. Furthermore, for regulation, the PCE-RE92 can trigger an alarm in case of exceeding upper or lower limit values. Additionally, alarms can be documented. For remote maintenance, the user has an RS-485, or optionally, an Ethernet interface. All regulation and measurement values are displayed on the 3.5" screen, and can be read comfortably. Logical inputs allow switching of regulation programs by key or, for example, to stop the regulation. The PCE-RE92 can be parameterized through the keys located on the back or via software. For simple programming and configuration of the controller, PCE Instruments offers common software.
