Multi-gas detector with ATEX approval

With the excellent Tetra Mini gas detector, the large Tetra product family is expanded. The Tetra Mini measures oxygen, toxic gases, and flammable gases and displays the measurement values on a backlit graphic screen where the operating mode is also indicated. The device has an extremely solid finish, a compact format, and very simple handling. This weather-resistant gas detector has been designed for use in heavy industry (e.g., tunnel construction). A great advantage is its simple one-button operation, which can be activated even while wearing gloves. The rubber surface of the gas detector's housing makes it resistant to shocks and vibrations, and its IP 65 and IP 67 protection types make it resistant to dust and water. Its solid format is complemented by a noble steel holder. In case of danger, the Tetra Mini features a visual alarm consisting of the activation of flashing red and blue LEDs, complemented by an acoustic alarm emitting a high-pitched sound. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery allows for operation for 18 hours. The gas detector complies with all European and international standards, including ATEX regulations.
