Four AA batteries, included with the purchase of the A326, provide over 800 hours of continuous operation so the instrument is ready when needed, where it is needed most. The reliable pH meter displays mV, RmV, dissolved oxygen concentration, dissolved oxygen saturation percentage, and temperature readings on a large LCD screen, with backlighting and automatically locks on stable readings. Both polarographic Orion and optical RDO oxygen sensors are compatible with the meter, as well as the wide range of Orion pH electrodes. The A320 series Thermo Orion Star portable meters provide the highest available storage capacity for data points with timestamps, which can be conveniently uploaded to a PC via the RS-232 USB ports and the meter. Automatic pH calibration or 1 to 5 manual points and a variety of OD calibration options make instrument setup simple, while icons provide quick updates on battery life, electrode status, and calibration information.
