The PCE-779N thermometer allows for rapid temperature measurement. It can perform such measurement without contact, via the infrared sensor, or by contact, using the thermoelement. The thermometer is suitable for measuring on virtually any surface. Since the thermometer measures without contact, it is possible to measure high temperatures from a safe distance. Thanks to its dual laser pointer, the user can aim the measurement point very precisely.

The thermometer offers a wide variety of functions. Among them is the limit value function, as well as obtaining the average value and a temperature difference measurement. The thermometer covers a wide range for measuring temperature both contact and non-contact, making it suitable for many sectors. Typical applications of the thermometer include food control, various hygiene checks, road construction, distribution cabinet control, and temperature measurement in engines.
