Through the integrated data logging, measurement values can be stored in the special grain food moisture meter, and additional data can be added. It also has the option to use the hold function. This function freezes the last measurement value on the display of the universal grain moisture meter until another button is pressed.
To increase the measurement accuracy and reproducibility of the special food moisture grain meter, the measurement is hectoliter compensated by a precise weight of the sample amount. The grain moisture meter is delivered with a scale and measuring cup, ensuring that the apparent density does not affect the measurement result. The whole grain moisture meter series is calibrated and verified according to the EN-ISO 712 drying method.

To ensure accurate measurement values in the long term, after connecting the universal grain moisture meter, the humimeter automatically performs a self-calibration. After that, the corresponding calibration curve can be selected on the special grain food moisture meter.
