Estructura

The corrosion-resistant stainless steel cabinet includes three aluminum shelves with a stainless steel or painted finish.

The vacuum collector mounted on the back connects to the pump (not included) or to the internal vacuum source.

The low-power heating element increases the lifespan of the oven.

Its thick double-walled steel design offers fiberglass insulation for minimal heat loss in the walls and door.

The high-temperature silicone gasket has been specifically molded to provide a positive seal.

Magnetic closure for positive sealing of the door (models of 127.43 l [4.5 ft] include mechanical locks)

Observation windows: thickness of 1.3 cm (0.5 in) in the two lower capacity models or thickness of 1.9 cm (0.75 in) in the 127.43 l (4.5 ft) model; allow observation of ongoing work without heat loss.
