The term sterilization indicates the total destruction of microorganisms, including the most resistant bacteria.

Saturation steam sterilization is the most widely used universal method, applicable to all items that can withstand heat and moisture.



To achieve a perfect relationship between sterilization temperature and saturated steam pressure, air must be effectively removed from inside the autoclave.

RAYPA® autoclaves use two methods to remove air from the chamber: depending on the model, the gravity displacement procedure, where air is displaced by applying saturated steam, and the vacuum procedure, where air is removed with a vacuum pump, followed by filling with saturated steam until the set temperature is reached.

For adjustable temperatures from 100 ºC to 135 ºC. Relative pressure from 0 to 2.2 bar. Digital temperature regulation and reading with microprocessor.
