The PX 120 wattmeter is intended for teaching high schools, technicians, installers, and industrial maintenance services. It measures power in three-phase 3 wire balanced (T3FE), as well as in single-phase. Although it offers complex functions, this TRMS wattmeter is easy to use. It has INRUSH functions for loads that present strong current inrush; and smoothing or SMOOTH, very useful in case of unstable measurement. Its readability is exceptional: 14mm digits, capacity to display 9999 points (4 digits) on three lines, simultaneous display of three values: voltage, current, and active power or active, reactive, and apparent powers. This new wattmeter is also distinguished by its infrared transmission mode. The link is made simply by a magnetized optical head that is placed on the front of the device.
