This wood moisture detector has been developed for fast and accurate measurement in pellets. Pellets are becoming increasingly important as an energy source in both industrial and private sectors. It is important to use the HM-BP1 wood moisture detector only for pellets that, in addition to high combustion (type of wood), also have poor combustion (low soot). This saves you high maintenance costs. The measurement method of the wood moisture detector uses a non-selective method; that is, it does not distinguish between the type of pellets (e.g., single-class pellets or mixed classes). The meter allows moisture detection in a few seconds (without the need for extensive preparation). During measurement, the temperature is automatically compensated.
