The Dositec membrane dosing pump stands out mainly for its versatility. Thanks to the different configurations of the membrane dosing pump, many processes in the industry or laboratory can be controlled. With a maximum flow rate of 20 l/h, many dosing processes are carried out quickly and very precisely with the membrane dosing pump. A special version of the membrane dosing pump includes pH or Redox measurement and the resulting regulation. Through the analog output of this special version of the membrane dosing pump, data logging systems or display systems can be operated in parallel, for example. The different heads of the membrane dosing pump (PP, PVDF, or PTFE) allow for the dosing of practically all chemical liquids. Additionally, the membrane dosing pump can be controlled via standardized signal inputs or pulses. The optional +12 V DC power supply allows for direct integration into industrial processes. Thanks to very few internal moving parts, the membrane dosing pump requires minimal maintenance.
