With the hygiene tester and easy handling, you can perform, memorize, and transfer up to 2000 hygiene checks to the PC. In a spreadsheet, such as Microsoft Excel, you can continue processing the values from the hygiene tester. Measurements with the hygiene tester are performed using ATP LuciPac Pen test tubes. With the cap included in the tube, the surface is checked. The cap is pushed to the bottom of the tube to come into contact with the reactive liquid and the reagent itself. By gently shaking, the reactive liquid is collected in the reaction chamber of the tube. The LuciPac Pen is fully inserted into the measurement chamber of the PD-30 hygiene tester. The measurement is then started. After 10 seconds, the result is displayed in RLU (Relative Light Units) on the hygiene tester's screen. The PD-30 hygiene tester, using the LuciPac Pen, allows for the rapid detection of microorganisms or food residues on any surface as an effective check of cleaning and disinfection measures. The quantitative determination of ATP (adenosine triphosphate) as well as AMP (adenosine monophosphate) is carried out in the portable PD-30 hygiene tester. The PD-30 hygiene tester system with LuciPac Pen not only measures the amount of ATP but can also detect AMP, which is much more stable, thanks to the integrated AMP recycling system in the reaction system. This significantly increases the sensitivity of the measurement, especially in production areas where food continues to be processed.
