Through the integrated data logging, measurement values can be stored and additional data can be added. You also have the option to use the hold function. This function freezes the last measurement value on the grain moisture meter display until another button is pressed.
To increase measurement accuracy and reproducibility, the measurement is compensated by hectoliter with an exact weighing of the sample amount. For this reason, the grain moisture meter is supplied with a measuring scale, ensuring that the apparent density does not affect the measurement result.
The whole grain moisture meter series is calibrated and verified according to the EN-ISO 712 oven drying method.
At the same time, the grain moisture analyzer also measures the sample temperature and includes it in the measurement result calculation. The temperature range is from 0 °C to 40 °C and can be set to °C or °F as needed.

Handling / measurement procedure
To ensure accurate measurement values in the long term, after connecting the Humimeter grain moisture meter, it automatically performs a self-calibration. After that, the calibration curve corresponding to the sample to be measured can be selected on the moisture meter for the grain.
Subsequently, the measuring chamber of the crop moisture meter is filled with the amount of grain indicated in the manual. To determine the exact amount of grains, the humimeter device is delivered with a scale and measuring cup.
The water content can be read instantly on the large, well-lit screen of the grain moisture meter and can be saved or edited through the integrated data log, if necessary.
