Laser distance meter Leica DISTO X310

Laser distance meter with IP65 protection against dust and water, withstands drops from 2 m, 360º tilt sensor, Smart Horizontal Mode™, Powe Range™ technology

The range and accuracy of the laser distance meter depend on lighting conditions and the reflectivity of the measurement target. It is important for us that the laser distance meter does not only work under perfect laboratory conditions but, above all, in the harsh daily working conditions on site. Therefore, in collaboration with experts, a standard has been developed under which various laser distance meters on the market can be tested and compared. The sensitive measuring elements of the laser distance meter are protected by solid rubber parts, making it highly resistant, withstanding falls from 2 m. The housing and keypad of the laser distance meter have IP65 protection against dust and splashes of water, allowing it to be cleaned under running water without any problems. The combination of distance and slope measurements allows the laser distance meter to accurately and easily determine horizontal distance, even with obstructions. With the help of the tilt sensor, indirect heights can also be determined. It also has another function, Smart Horizontal Mode™, in case there is an obstacle preventing the measurement.
