Impact tester for metallic materials with integrated printer, memory, and software for direct screen indication of breaking stress

The PCE-2800 impact tester with integrated printer is a portable hardness meter that shows and prints the hardness value on-site. Thanks to the functional display design of the impact tester, with adjustable backlighting, it can be easily operated even by untrained personnel. The impact tester works according to the dynamic Leeb procedure, where the hardness value is generated by comparing the impact speed with the rebound speed. In some cases, the hardness of a material is closely related to the material's strength. Thanks to the good price of the impact tester with direct indication of the breaking stress, an expensive tensile test can be saved. The impact tester is shipped with a type D impact probe.
