Adhesion tester PCE-TAT 10

The adhesion tester is an ideal piece of equipment for daily use due to its construction and ease of handling. It uses a fast-curing adhesive, allowing the user to check adhesion in a short time.

The adhesion tester is used to measure the adhesion of paints and other coatings on substrates and between coatings and cohesive materials. The PCE-TAT 10 adhesion tester is built according to the EN13144 and ISO 4624 standards.

Adhesion testing by pull-off is performed as follows: Stick a measurement head onto the surface to be tested. Once the adhesive has cured, pull it off with the spring device. The force applied to pull off the measurement head is indicated on the equipment scale as a numerical value. This is the adhesion value.
