The PCE-CT 25 layer micrometer is used for the rapid detection of thickness in steel and iron (F), as well as in non-ferrous metals (N) in the automotive sector. This layer micrometer is used to detect accident damage (the thickness of the paint or plaster reveals damage from an accident) especially used by car dealers. The layer micrometer is easy to operate: simply turn it on, place the probe on the surface to be checked, and read the value on the LCD screen. The layer micrometer helps you detect damage on the car, even if it has been well repaired, or to know if it has been repainted. This allows you to find out when buying a car if the price is appropriate; otherwise, you will have arguments to negotiate the purchase price again.
