The VIS 250 video endoscope serves both for simple and independent analysis of fault points in wastewater pipes, as well as for monitoring downpipes and exhaust gas ducts from a diameter of 26 mm. The equipment supplied with the video endoscope in a double-rigid case is compact, powered by a battery, and stands out for its simple handling as well as its high availability. The VIS 200 video endoscope measures lengths using a push tube with length marking, while the VIS 250 has electronic footage control. Additionally, with the VIS 250 video endoscope, the inspection process can be recorded as a video and documented thanks to an integrated memory. Photographs can also be taken and stored at the push of a button. Both devices feature a waterproof camera head equipped with 12 LEDs, ensuring accurate inspection. As the camera head can only pass through pipes of 40 mm, optical analysis with a video endoscope has never been easier. The VIS 250 video endoscope, along with digital footage control, has a function that can show at any time where the top and bottom are and at what angle the camera is directed up or down. Furthermore, the VIS 250 video endoscope can be economically located by radio; for this, it requires the L 200 locator in addition to the video endoscope itself, which further facilitates the precise location of fault points in pipes. The L 200 locator can be easily attached to a telescopic rod and then guided along the floor, on a wall, or under the ceiling. The video endoscope locator measures the long radio waves from the camera head, while the user is guided throughout the process by the clear color display and acoustic signal to the section of pipe that needs to be repaired. Once the affected section of pipe has been found, it can be marked using one of the chalk holders located at the end of the locator to indicate where the fault point is. The TFT monitor of the video endoscope is tiltable; for hard-to-reach places, the monitor can be removed from the case (cable length 2 m).
