Thanks to its compact design and ease of use, the universal regulator GIR 2002 is ideal for building simple control systems (on/off system, relay output).
Thanks to the universal input and the different functions of the switch, the regulator can be optimally adapted to the installation's needs. The structured menu allows for easy handling and quick parameterization of the regulator.
The LED operational status indicator informs the user about the current state of the switching output. A comprehensive diagnostic and self-check system enhances operational safety and communicates system failures through relevant error codes. Thanks to the automatic parameter logging, all data is retained even after a power failure.
In the transducer feeder (24VDC/22mA), almost all GREISINGER transducers, tachometric transmitters, and flow sensors can be connected directly to the regulator, among others. In the selection of thermoelements or resistance thermometers, the indication can be selected in °C or °F. Additionally, an offset value can be entered for measurement value correction (e.g., line resistance compensation). Current and voltage inputs can be scaled as desired in the range from 1999 to +9999.
The GIR 2002 comes standard with a serial interface, with bus support system, where comfortable parameter programming as well as measurement value recording can be performed. Through the Windows function library EASYBUS.dll, optionally available, up to 240 devices can be included in some programs (e.g., LabView).
