Water-resistant pH meter for galvanizing HI 99131

The new waterproof pH meter HI 99131 has been specially designed for galvanic treatments. The pH meter is a very important instrument for galvanic treatment and determines the acid content in plating baths and in the wastewater produced.

The pH meter's electrode has a layer of stainless steel with a flat contact sensor. The electrode layer also serves as a ground. The contact surface operates with a ring-shaped Teflon diaphragm to ensure measurement stability and faster response time. The electrode integrates a temperature sensor for measuring temperature and also for automatic temperature compensation. In case of possible environmental disturbances, the measurement signal is processed through the integrated amplifier. The pH meter is mainly used in research and development. Measuring the pH value is one of the most important criteria in galvanizing to always achieve and guarantee the highest quality in galvanic treatment.
