The dBadge CEL-350 acoustic sound level meter is ideal for measuring personal noise exposure in the workplace. Thanks to the most advanced digital technology, the dBadge acoustic sound level meter series CEL-350 meets the most demanding standards in the field of acoustic sound level meters. Unlike conventional sound level meters, the dBadge has no microphone connection cable and weighs only 68 g. The dBadge CEL-350 acoustic sound level meter does not require any other external equipment for operation. It is operated with just 2 buttons located on the side of the instrument. All noise parameters in the workplace are stored for later download to a PC. No prior configuration is required, so there is no possibility of error in measurement. The battery life and memory capacity are sufficient to perform many consecutive measurements without needing to charge the batteries or download data. The integral NiMH battery is charged in 90 minutes. The dBadge CEL-350 acoustic sound level meter has numerous placement options for all types of work, allowing the user to carry it comfortably and discreetly.

The dBadge CEL-350 acoustic sound level meter is the first compact acoustic sound level meter designed with a display. The internal display facilitates calibration, provides status information, and shows important measurement data. The dBadge CEL-350 acoustic sound level meter has a power meter to indicate battery and memory status. This ensures that the display indicates the battery and memory status. Another feature of the dBadge CEL-350 acoustic sound level meter is the alarm function. An ultra-bright LED on the dBadge provides a visual indication when noise exposure exceeds the action level by flashing intermittently. These action levels can be configured using the dB35 software and immediately check if control measurements or hearing protection are needed. The alarm can be activated or deactivated via the keys using the CEL-350 keyboard. In addition to noise exposure parameters, the historical noise over time is also recorded in 1-minute values for later analysis of noise exposure. This data can be viewed and analyzed through the software.

After turning it on, place the calibrator over the microphone and the dBadge CEL-350 will self-calibrate, saving the calibration data and time, ensuring the accuracy and validity of the results. The windproof screen design ensures measurement accuracy in dusty environments and prevents air movement from affecting the measurement. The dBadge CEL-350 can be powered on and its keyboard locked before being worn by the user. Measurement can start a few seconds after turning on the device. At the end of the measurement, simply remove the dBadge. Data can be easily viewed on the graphical display to check the validity of the measurement data. Consecutive measurements can be made without needing to recharge the battery or download data from the dBadge CEL-350.

Intelligent fast charging system

Due to the type of technology used in the construction of the battery and the smart charging method, the CEL-350 acoustic sound level meter dBadge does not need to be continuously charged. The standard 3-way charger can be used to manage multiple dBadge units. When placed in the charger, the dBadge displays the charging status and the available autonomy, in hours, that the batteries can offer with the current charge. When fully charged, the blue LED located on the front of the dBadge lights up. The acoustic sound level meter does not need to be fully charged to be used. A 30-minute charge provides over 8 hours of autonomy, sufficient for a normal workday. A 3-way charger is required.
