This universal testing station ZPM is ideal for force and displacement measurements or constant force measurement. The universal testing station measures forces up to 5000 N. The universal testing station ZPM is primarily supported by a microprocessor. Additionally, it offers the possibility to operate the supported universal testing station via a PC. This way, pressure resistance, breaking, and tensile strength can be easily detected. The supply of the universal testing station includes software for data processing and machine control. Therefore, measurements can be taken with the universal testing station and then evaluated on a PC or laptop. This is achieved by connecting the universal testing station via USB cable to the corresponding PC or laptop. The high transfer rate allows for fast and easy transmission. To directly read the measurement results, the universal testing station has a 2-line LCD display that shows force and displacement. The universal testing station is operated by ball screws, guide bushings with balls, and belts. Additionally, the universal testing station contains an interchangeable load cell designed to record different measurement ranges of up to a maximum of 3000 N. The standard version measures ranges up to 3000 N. For this, we offer different options, which also include smaller measurement ranges. To adapt the measurement range of the universal testing station to your needs, we have load cells with the following options: 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, and 1000 N. The measurement of displacement of the universal testing station is performed using an encoder. Control processes can be programmed in the device or on the PC according to customer preferences.
