The photovoltaic meter is the optimal instrument for solar engineers, architects, and solar engineering enthusiasts. With this photovoltaic meter, you can determine solar power. Other nominal data (current, voltage, etc.) can be detected in parallel with a separate meter. This allows for a statement about the installation and interpretation of the photovoltaic device. Light intensity measurement is performed through a monocrystalline silicon solar cell. The integrated processor in the solar photovoltaic meter takes care of automatic correction to maintain baseline accuracy after calibrating each device in the solar simulator. The most important parameter Ptot (in W/m²) can be read directly on the screen. The values stored in the internal memory (32,000 measurement values) can be transmitted to a computer with the help of software and through the serial port. This solar photovoltaic meter is also designed for outdoor use and has a weather-resistant plastic housing. Its compact dimensions allow for comfortable use.
